We’ve been fed so much cookie-cutter bullsh*t and led to believe we could follow a simple blueprint to “success” and all it’s really done is stressed us out and sent us into depression based on false hopes we’ve been given and expectations that were not our own.

Now, don’t get me wrong – I am happily married and it’s a blessing to be a mommy, but none of this came with a manual and it’s been it can be hard AF without any help.
